Terms of Service

By accessing or using Morphism, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Morphism provides software and services for AI software delivery, including local validation, shared workspace tooling, billing, support, and related documentation.

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the service, other users, or ongoing investigations.

• No unlawful use.
• No unauthorized access attempts.
• No service interference or abuse.
• No malicious payloads, malware, or credential harvesting.

Paid features are billed according to the plan, order form, or subscription terms presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Morphism retains all rights in the platform and documentation except for customer-owned data and outputs explicitly assigned by contract.

We may modify or discontinue features from time to time. Services are provided "as is" except as stated in signed contracts. To the extent allowed by law, Morphism is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
